Professional service from start to finish

As a licensed general contractor with more than 20 years experience, Restoration Professionals provides superior construction services including:

To begin the restoration process, our professional staff will meet with you to assess your needs and receive your valuable input. We will then meet with your insurance adjuster to develop the scope of work and produce an estimate you can trust, using Exactimate, the estimating software endorsed by contractors and insurance companies alike.

Our contents management division will photograph, itemize, pack, move and store your items in our secure, climate-controlled warehouse. We perform cleaning, deodorization and careful handling to restore and protect your belongings as necessary.

You will be assigned a project manager, who will oversee and supervise the work and keep you updated as the restoration progresses. The project manager will keep your job on schedule and within budget, and communicate with you on a regular basis.

It was amazing to see how well [the project manager] coordinated the flow of the process, scheduling the subs, and making sure they did the best quality work possible and respected our property as if it was their own. The subs were always on time and finished when they said they would. [The project manager] made every effort to communicate with me all aspects of the process including timing, materials and other variables. He assured my wife as well, communicating with her when I was out of town and providing updates she needed. Excellent customer service is what seperates [Restpro] from the competition."

"In 20+ years of working with service and construction providers, I have not seen a more professional, well trained organization."

  Kim M., Homeowner, Shakopee
